If you use this company, do NOT open e-mails with attachments from administrator@knology or webmaster@knology. We are getting all kinds of mail. The first bunch said our e-mail acct needed to be updated. The next batch were warnings and now today the subject line is your e-mail account has been suspended.
We talked to Knology and they are aware of it, but I don't know if they can do anything about it or not.
I can't believe the amount of garbage these losers put out there.

Thanks for the heads-up on this Charm. By the way I was contacted by the company we spoke about the other day and have a "meet ' n greet" setup for this afternoon to go over the "mock closing". They emailed 3 different mock closing's with a "cheat sheet". Can't wait. Thanks for all the info.

Anytime and good luck! I spent the who;e day there yesterday and going back for an 11am, then 3 so far on Friday...C'mon Saturday!!!
If you want, I can fax the document instruction packet, goes over the docs script style. I'll be back in awhile.
