This is the first loan that I have had to notarize a Correction Agreement Limited Power Attorney. The borrowers signed above by where it says In witness whereof, the undersigned have executed this limited power of attorney as of the date and year first above referenced. The it has the borrower names below and they have to sign. THen it says state of county of (I know this info) then it says this instrument was acknowledged before me on (the date) by, (bland line) then below it has notary public, my commission expires.

At face value, and not having the document in front of me, I would assume that it reads as follows: (assuming the borrower's names are John Doe and Jane Doe)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF:

The undersigned have executed this Limited Power of Attorney as of the date and year first referenced.

_________________ _______________________
John Doe Jane Doe

State Of:_________

County Of:_______________

This instrument was acknowledged before me on (Insert date of acknowledgement) by, (Insert John Doe and Jane Doe).

_______________
Notary Public

My Commissiion Expires: __________

THIS IS NOT ADVISE BUT HOW I WOULD HANDLE IT IF IT WAS AS ABOVE.

I would fill in the info as stated. However, sometimes they don't give me enough room to enter both names on the blank line. In these cases, I line out the notarial wording, initial the line out, Write "See Attached Document" and attach an All Purpose Acknowledgement. Every once in a while, I notice that they have made a typo or major gramatical error in the notorial wording (e.g. "Before me personally appeared _________ a Notory Public") in which case I follow the above correction procedure.

Hope this helps ;)
