Man's best friend (sometimes)

Well yesterday was one of those days. I had two evening signings. All docs were to me early and I really thought it may be a good night. Well after the first signing was the signing from hell. I was relieved to get to the second and find a single good ol boy doing a simple Countrywide Refi. The guy was very nice and we sat down and started signing. He had a small Rat Terrior that came up and placed his toy on my leg. I have a house dog as well and was pleased to see the little happy face after such a bad first closing. I decided to throw his toy one time for him. He happily ran and brought it back with pride and placed it on my leg again. Well after about 5 throws the signer says "You might want to watch out, he get excited when people play with him". After that I told the fella "Ok one more and that's it". I threw the toy and he promptly came back and instead of putting the toy on my leg he decides to take a liking to my leg. As I'm sitting there trying to figure out what I did to lead this little fella on or if I sent some type of mixed signal I tried to get him to let go and not cause a scene. He had too good of a hold though and finally the signer had to yell at him to let go. I really didn't know that what he meant when he said that "he get's excited". I guess all things considered it was still better than the first signing. I got a good laugh about it on the way home. Hope everyone learns from my mistake. Have a great week.

I just came back from a signing where the lady thought her cat was her dead husband. She was asking the cat questions all the time. However she did understand the documents and was aware of all her surrounding so I notarized and left wishing them the best of luck for the future!

I speak FOR my dog, Bob, all the time.

"Bob told me he'd love to chase your cat."

"Bob thinks you're the best cookie baker in the neighborhood."

"Bob says he wants to go home now."

I'm also aware of my surroundings, but that doesn't stop me.

TLR...I had to laugh at this...My (male) chihuahua of *only* ten weeks is already...uh getting excited as well. Just seems a little young.....vet says it's not 'sexual' but is 'dominance'. Ah huh. Dominance? He's about 1/100th of anything in site.

I can't wait to make him a girly man.

Well I must say this little guy was really trying to dominate me. I just hope he does tell anyone. haha. Did you see Roddick just get beat? Muller played great and he's a lefty. I hate lefty's.

Andy's sorta irritating me...he's so good but seems like emotion gets in his way alot of times. Aggie make quick work of Mueller in La a few weekends ago...

I was sad Agassi did show at Cincy but I saw alot of Federer. I hope Andre takes it this year. If so he will retire I would say. He is my age and I have trouble competing with all the young guys. He's in much better shape than me though.

Ain't it great? My dog got snipped when I got him so I didn't think I'd have to deal with the red rocket, but it still makes routine appearances whenever I get home. I try to take it as a compliment on my appearance.

It is way too early in the morning for all these mental images. If I were faced with a Rorschach test right now ... LOL ok, leaving this alone!
