Maryland affidavits

This question is for MD notaries. I would like to know if a non-borrower spouse must sign the MD affidavits such us : Finance affidavit, homeoner's certification of principal residence, owner's affidavit and specially the Refinance affidavit - affidavit made pursuant to 12-108(G)(3) of the tax property articleof the annotated code of MD. Thank you for your help !

Jane,

It all depends who is on title not who is on loan.
answer is yes, if non borrower is on title, no if not on title.

Art

PS - where in MD
