Mid-month End??

This month I have received 3X the amount of calls I usually do this early in the month. An SS mentioned to me that tomorrow was mid-month end so things are "hectic". Is this something new? Believe me, I'm not complaining!!

Rumor has it that lenders are giving brokers some added incentives to get the loans closed at different intervals throughout the month versus just at the end of the month....Not sure how true it is but I also have to agree that business has been much more consistant throughout the entire month lately.
