New York property - signing docs in Missouri

Help!! I'm doing a signing first thing tomorrow in Missouri. The borrower's is married and the property is in New York. Will the fact that Missouri is a spousal state have any affect? I guess I'm asking if the spouse will have to sign. I saw on the loan application that the borrower is married but her name isn't on any of the refi documents.

No, the fact that Missouri is a spousal state won't have any effect.

Whether a spouse needs to sign or not comes under the Real Estate laws of where the property is located and the Mortgage/DOT is being recorded.
