Opinion of LSI

I have just started doing closings for LSI out of PA and they have been keeping me hopping.Any thoughts on their payments to us?I saw a negative report on the other site.Any positives?

Make sure you follow their instructions re: billing and you will have no problems.

LSI in PA pays better than the one in CA and yes they do pay but you must invoice them

I have been working with LSI in PA for 5 years now (they used to be Fidelity), and I have never had a problem, and I do a lot for them.
And I have never had to invoice them.

I have dealt with LSI since in 1980's when we used them for title searches at the financial institution I worked for. I now do closings for them also. They are a very reputable company here in PA. I have never had any problems dealing with them in any capacity that I've dealt with them.

I've done work for LSI in CA and they always paid me promptly. Be sure to follow all the steps listed on their order confirmation.
