Payment from Sign on the X
Does anyone have recent experience with Sign on the X? I remember them as non/late payers.

Do a search. There are many postings about their history of slow/no payment. The postings largely recommend you stay away from SOX unless you like working for free.

There are tons of negative threads on this company. You probably won't find any recent information because everyone on this board knows to STAY AWAY from this company unless you enjoy working for "FREE".
Best wishes to you if you are waiting to recv payment.

Thanks for the updates. I backed out of the job. They told me the problem was resolved 2 months ago. I didn't buy it. I did feel badly for the borrower when I spoke with her. She said she will pass the info on to the lender.

I'm taking them to Small Claims Court for non-payment. Sent numerous past due notices to them and phoned them several times and they just ignored me.

I am also planning to take them to small claims court. They said that they issued me a check last week and I have yet to receive it. Stay away from SOX. How can they get away with this?

add my name to the ever growing list of SOX non-paid notaries. I am still waiting for a check they said was mailed 1 month ago, last week and as recently as yesterday. they then have the nerve to call me today and i got a totally mystified "oh" when i told them that due to their non-payment i would no longer work with them. pass it along.....maybe they'll see the light. maybe we can all go to small claims together!!

Reading these posts makes me feel lucky. I did a signing for them in March and they paid in approximately 30 days.

All those with bad experiences from SOX, report them to Better Business Bureau.
