Power of Attorney

I know what it is...but I am confused. Is there a general form that I must use for Power of Attorney? If someone can explain to me how I go about this I would really appreciate it. I am asked to notarize a power of attorney and I know notaries can do these but how?

They should have their own copy of a POA and filled completely out. You'd be amazed how many want to fill out when they set up the appointment. It can be time consuming. Ask them if they have it and if it is filled out. They can get one at a stationary store. You just have to worry about the ack.
