Purchase closings

I got a call today from a Title company and was asked if I could do all the closings for a Condominium at the Beach 2 miles from me. They said all loan packages will be sent to the Condo office and that the closings would all be at this office and documents would be sent back to the title company from there.
They asked for a price, I told them I would do all 45 closing for 75 each. I just feel that since it has been so slow, I could not turn down the offer.
