Refill for Dell 1700 laser cartridge.

Anyone know if a refill kit can be purchased for Dell. I have looked at two or three stores and there are not even cartridges. I had to do a rush delivery from Dell for a recycled cartridge but don't want to go that route again if I don't have to. TIA

scroll down to dell, they show a 1600 but no 1700. It could be that the two are compatible (like the HP 1200 7 1300). You can always email and ask.

How many times can you refill a cartridge?

I am waiting on my first refill to come in the mail. I have a HP3380. Is it hard to do?

I got my refill kit (toner & cartrige chip sold separately) on Ebay for $20. Refilltoner is the name of the seller. She will give you a few bucks discount if you buy the 2 items at the same time.

Just type in "Dell 1700 printer" in the search (all catagories) box on Ebay.
