Repeated Anonymous Posts

This is very frustrating. I predict the problem with repeated anonymous postings will stop the usefulness of it. Many don't post anymore because it is too hard to figure out who is which poster.

I don't care who you are anonymous, or who you are anonymous, you, you or you. Please take the time to set yourself up a handle like "posterxyz" so those who read this forum don't get sick of the confusion and abandon it.

Your anon posting makes it hard to follow a thread. It's discourteous and it is ruining the board.

I would ask that all posters who are tired of this consider flipping over to anonymous to post for a couple of days. The users might as well get used to the uselessness that this board will be in another month of this anon posting gone wild.

The anons know who they are so it's not confusing to them. They know the regulars also. Maybe if the anons of the day get the picture they will find themselves a handle that will define them from the other anons.

I'm sick of seeing anonymous posts. But, I'm starting to recognize the really rude Anonymous from the nice and courteous Anonymous.

Can you think of a better way to make the point? Clearly, you don't think much of it by your comment on this thread.

Anon after anon makes it hard to read the threads. We don't ask for anons to post their id, just distinguish themselves from the rest. If everyone does that, we should be back on track.

We have asked that this be considered. Just pick a name and use it. Even AnonOne is better than everyone using the anon seleciton on their Author box.

If you need to know how to change your profile, email me. I will be glad to help.

Ooops. I am anonymous. Go up the "my profile" and you should be able to figure it out.

Lily, My apology. I did not mean to sound mean. I wanted to make the point that it's tough to sort through who is who and wondered if you had a better way to do it. Please just ignore me. This is a peaceful demonstration. It is not a hostile one. So sorry.

BLE, I think the fact that you are unable to figure out what they heck on this thread is like what those in this anon thread are saying. "please pick a handle and use it so we can sort out who is who."

BTW, I think there are about four anons on this thread. Those posting here usually post with their name. This is just a thread to make a point at how hard it is to deal with the no-handle anon.
