Robert Schwartz in LV/ BEWARE
BEWARE!!!
He will call your clients, and try to steal them. He will slander you, and try to get them to go directly thru him. He is the scummiest of scum. We all work so hard for our clients... of course, as soon as he did it, my client called me and told me to NEVER use him again. She was appalled that anyone would do that. Noone wants to work with someone like that. His name will now spread thru all Fidelity offices, and Countrywide. WHAT A SCUMBAG!!!

Question and Comment
Is this an SS... posting a warning to other SS's regarding an SA... on an SA board?
If you want to address a problem with an SA directly, then do it. But this is not the right place for this kind of post. You are trying to do the same thing back to him that you perceived he did to you.
To be honest... we get slandered by LO's, SS's and TC's all the time. Sometimes it is a cruddy LO blaming the SA for a no sign with the client. Sometimes it is an SS that tells the TC that the notary cancelled or didn't show when they never supplied us the right info in the first place... sometimes the TC can't get the Title docs out and tells the Lender that 'our' Email wasn't working.... BFD.
The good client relationships that you develop will withstand scrutiny and a few hiccups. I'm not excusing what he did... I hate people with no loyalty... I'm just saying I question your current methods. They smell fishy from a professional agency. Maybe you should take the high road... it builds character and a good reputation.

Re: Question and Comment
Thanks. I am warning anyone who may ever work with him. Signing services, signing agents , etc.... I know the nature of the business, we all get blamed for everything... that has nothing to do with what I am talking about here, tho. Thankfully, you are right, my client called me right away to tell me about it. There is nothing fishy here. Just Liz, from the Notary Biz, telling ANYONE who is interested that there is someone in OUR business who is underhanded. That hurts all of us.

Re: Question and Comment
I understand what you are saying. I thank you for the warning and advise. Maybe that is why so many of us post anonymous.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
**I am warning anyone who may ever work with him. Signing services, signing agents , etc**
This is just ridiculous! I work with Fidelity and Countrywide all the time... directly! I have quite a few great connections. Even though your pay schedule and the value you place on SA work SERIOUSLY OFFENDS ME I would never EVER go into an office and tell them.... Hey watch out for the Notary Biz. They are a $40-$50 SS and because of that... you never know who they will get to close your loans....
The client called you... GREAT! That's the way it is supposed to work.

Re: OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yep, it's clear that Liz hasn't changed a bit since her 24/7 days.
She's not posting this info on here as a warning, she's doing it to be vindictive. This isn't the first time she's come on this board and spouted off names of notaries who have supposedly wronged her. I sure as hell wouldn't take her side of the story as gospel, I'll tell you that much.
I hope all the people who rushed to sign up with her cheap ass company see this and see exactly what they're getting along with their measly paychecks. They get to work for one of the most unprofessional bitches in the industry as well. This is a nice example of the self proclaimed "respect" she has for her signing agents.

Re: OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One day they call me to do e docs like 25 miles from me, and was offered 75.00, I asked 125.00 they were very surprised about my fee. They never called back, of course they got someone else for that fee or a little more probably. But everytime I read in this forum abot Liz posts, I said THANK GOD I DIDNT ACCEPT THAT SIGNING NO EVEN FOR THE 125.00! So if the relationship with her goes bad for whatever reason she will disclose it here. Wow what a professioanlism!
I know she does that because people having complains about her, post their negative experiences in here.

He blackmailed me when I was a newbie. He held my documents hostage and I had to pay him the money for the signing in person and he handed me the documents. It was during the refi boom and I was a newbie.
I was overwhelmed with appts. and had taken on too much so I asked on one of the boards for help that day and he agreed to help me. Well, I told the signing co (yes it was a ss) if I could use him and they got upset and said "no" I must do it. So I called him back and said I needed to do the appt. after all. He got enraged and harrassed me on the phone and blackmailed me by holding the documents ransom until I paid him in person for the signing (at the borrowers home). He also, blackmailed the ss company who agreed to pay me to pay him. So they paid 2 times for the signing. Anyway, Liz is right. I was new and didn't think about it but should have turned him into the secretary of state. Wish I had.

By the way I have never worked for Liz before. I can just tell you that whatever she has done in the past is something else. What she speaks here is the truth. I don't want to post my name as I don't want any further problems with Mr. Schwartz. He should have had his commission revoked. At the time I was in fear of this man. He had the documents with my address on them and he was close to violent. He yelled and cussed at me like a serial killer. He put fear into me and he succeded at blackmail.
I think Mr. Schwartz has a dual commission (for both states CA and AZ). He had told me he was traveling very far, through the desert.
He is a evil person. If you don't believe Liz just watch out and remember this name and if you cross him someday remember he speaks sweetly until he has you in his grasp and then he'll jabb you in the back without a stroke of remorse. Evil is the word, scary. You need to watch out for this man. Someday we will hear his name in the news . .

WOW... this guy sounds really scary! I never said he wasn't a scumbag... I have no opinion other than if he did what she said... he sounds like one.
Liz didn't say that he was a potential serial killer... she said that he tried to market to her clients and might have badmouthed her to them.
The client called her and told her about it... so she had nothing to worry about! She should be happy that her relationship was solid with her client.
Instead she proceeded to smear his name here... fine go ahead... and to all the Fidelity TCs and Countrywides. That is the clincher... the vindictive ways that separate different kinds of people.
