Notaries you need to beware.. I had a very bad experience with Dave Sanders signing service. The experience took place on July 29, 2005. It was an EDOC fax-back signing. I have signed for him in the past and the experience was good. He paid on time and there was no fax back involved. I feel confident on this signing he is looking for reasons not to pay me for services perfomed. I have been a signing agent for over two years and I am a competent, committed professional. BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!!!!!!! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!

Your post does not offer much information in the way of making me think I need to beware of this signing service. What was the experience? If you had a good relationship in the past, why do you feel he is looking for reasons now not to pay you? Because he's requested a fax?

I dont know your particular situation with Dave, but last month I closed one for him, and I had to go back to the borrowers 2 extra times because of my mistakes, and of course 2 extra fed ex envelopes. Nothing out of my pocket and when the check came in, it came for the amount we had agreed on. I dont know what you have done to not get paid.

I did one for him and got paid within 2 weeks. Even had a problem where fed ex billed me instead of the lender. They said I had the wrong account number. Faxed the bill to Dave and he took care of it. I would be happy to do work for him again.

I just had a bad experience with this guy. He is sub-contracting out his signing service to another signing service. A recipe for a disaster if I've ever seen one. When the client was un-reachable and he didn't send the HUD with the docs he blamed me. He was really unprofessional and rude in his e-mail to me. TandM was exactly right. Be aware that this guy seems to be losing it.
