Sign'mUp - Fees

They just offer me a first and second mortgage signing with E-Docs (no docs to be faxed back)
for $135 (everything included !)

1st AND 2nd AND edocs!! I start at $200 and work up from there.

I don't have multiple fee schedules. I charge what I charge, whether it's a title company, lender, broker, signing service, attorney, or borrower. My fees are written down, posted in my office and available to be reviewed by anyone, including state and county officials.

The reason for only one fee schedule is simple. No matter who is hiring me, the work is the same. I price out what the job is. That's the fee I expect and provide.

AGREE 100% PAW...sometimes you might


negotiate with a SS though, have contracts with a Title Co for lesser fees for volume, etc. But I agree with you.
