Signing company doesnt pay and is rude

Sign on the x signing has not paid me on time since last year. Now they are telling me they wont pay for the e-mail docs when a person doesn't sign. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get paid and they continuously tell me the check was mailed out or better yet that they did not recieve my fax. Lately the schedulers and other people in the office have been extremely Rude to me and my people. I just thought someone will have some info on how to handle this company. Dana

I got a email from them 2 days ago addressed to myself and 12 other SA's. Wanting to know if I received a check direct from the title company, one of two title companies. Which I had not. This email lists all the borrowers names involved in their missing checks from one of two title companies. I really think this letter was in poor taste. First I do not need to know the names of other notaries that work for a signing company. More important, listing the borrowers names for everyone to see is in very bad taste. Plus I now know that Sign on the X gets $120.00 per signings that don't invlove edocs.

This action on SOX's part sounds like another one of their games, another smoke screen, to try to make those they owe money to THINK they're trying their best to pay their bills. Nothing surprises me any more about these thieves.

But putting borrowers names out there for anyone to see and the loan date with the check number. Why not have the title company see who cashed the check? That would be too simple!!

In order to get paid I sent a letter to them from the law office I work for telling them I was going to take them to Court. A week later I had my check. Then about a week ago they had the nerve to call me again and ask me to do a signing. She said, you accept edocs don't you?and I replied yes and she ask if I would do a signing for her and she got a big NO!!!! I can't believe anyone would work for them.

I, too, had issues getting paid and since I am a lawyer, I threatened to take further action in court . (this took 6 months ) I got paid about 2 weeks after that and ran to the bank with the check. Yes, they called me about a month after and I just laughed at her and told her to never call me again.

Look them up on Notary Beware, they have a HORRIBLE reputation an do not pay until I filed a complaint with the BBB and called Calif. Fraud.

Say no to SOX, go barefoot instead.

They won't pay, they are rude and when I worked for them, they were rediculously demanding. Have you called the borrower, when is the signing, where is the signing, be sure to dress appropriately, call when signing is complete, fax all these pages back, call with return tracking number and in your spare time, get this back to FedEx tonight (even though it's after hours).

NO SOX, I"d rather go barefoot through a swarm of hungry mosquitos with out wings!

you are an idiot! I read what you were saying you did recently when they called you! A month after you posted this! You need to get a life & stop taking signings from services that you don't want to work for!! Brwrs & Lenders are also counting on you to follow through w/ your job. You don't want to work w/ them, whatever fine! But be a normal human & say no. You are really some kind of weirdo & I almost bet you still live @ home w/ your mom! You are why all of these services & Co's think they don't have to pay us!! You make us look like trash.
