Sloooow week!
Wondering if it is just me or are any of you other floridians experiencing a slow week as well?

I have had one completed signing this week......but ten thousand appointments, Cancellations and R/S's all over the place. 3 no signs due to loan terms (like variable rate when fixed was promised). I haven't had one no sign in 2 years until this week. It has been a unique slow week for me....and only one appt today.

Hi Mistarella,
This week was a wake-up call for me. I guess I need to jump start the signup process with TC's and SS's all over again.
I know I've been losing business to some SA's in my area that are taking jobs for $40-$50. So far, I've refused to go down to that level but I may be forced to if business doesn't pick up.
I checked the notary listing for the counties I cover and found that this list has grown significantly in the last 6 months!

And then when a call comes in . . .
It's been very slow for me the last couple of weeks. Then this morning a call comes for a signing at 6pm tonight. Of all the times!!!! Today is our 30th wedding anniversary and hubby's taking me out to eat tonight. Don't think he'd be too happy if I took this job.

Happy 30th Anniversary Carol/Me Too
I celebrated my 30th on the 9th of this month and I also had 2 calls, one I was able to fit in before we went to dinner. Hope you have a wonderful time.
