TIl and Good Faith

I usually recieve fax with TIL and Good Faith Estimate and then in the loan docs I print has more copies with different #'s on them can some one explain this? Which ones are correct? I would guess the ones in the docs but not sure. is the ones faxed the first estimate and the second the last estimate??

In my experience, the fax usually comes last and has the most current numbers on them. Also, I usually get a fax or a phone call telling me to replace the pages with the new ones.

If you don't have any sort of confirmation or explanation, you had better call and see what's going on.

The last one usually has FINAL on it. If not check it out.
