TRUST NOTARY--How do you get their edocs??

I was called by Mike today and asked to do a closing in a few hours but I don't see the docs being emailed to me.

Do I have to go somewhere to retrieve them?? First time working with this company and when I called back I get his voice mail.

Can anyone who has closed for them let me know how to get the edocs.

Mike's confirmation should show the entity to whom to return the docs. Contact them ... that's what I had to do.

She asked how to GET the edocs, not where to send them back. Sorry, I've never worked for them.

And that's what I answered ... contact the people who will GET the documents.... they're the ones who send them.

Thanks Iris, I just talked to Mike and the company told him they will email me in 15 to 20 minutes but I still don't have them, I will call them now. Don't want Mike to go round and round when I need them now.
