I just completed a signing for them Friday....so i certainly hope so! I know that they are easy to work with/for and that Liz in on top of it, so I dont anticipate any trouble.

I have only done one closing with them, last month, and haven't received pmt. yet, so I'm not sure how long it takes to receive. I do know the pay is very low. I accepted the $75 email closing against my better judgement, only b/c it was very close by. (and I had no other appts. scheduled.) The docs arrived 1/2 an hour before the appt. and took 40 min. to print. Needless, to say, the stress wasn't worth the $75 and I have turned them down on every call since then.

Depends by what you mean by "well". They're a $50 company.
Just don't get Liz mad or she'll trash you on the notary boards.

Not Quite Correct
If you look closely... they are a $40-$50 company.
Read the fee schedule... it gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that they state (up front... lots of kudos for that right) that they pay $40-$50 for a closing ... and if the borrowers don't sign because of Lender error... you get a $25 trip fee and then you are expected to do the re-sign for only $25. Very Interesting!
Two trips for $50... for errors that you had no control over. How thrifty of them!
And yes... all you doubters... it says that on the fee schedule... For LENDER ERROR...

I have worked for ...and this is one that pays. They say within 30 days but I've usually recvd within two weeks. This is a $50 company but they tell you this up front--no surprises. It's up to you to take it or not.
Hope this helps.

in defense of this SS...I took a job and was paid, as promised, $85.00. My guess is that they will pay you what you want if your the only capable notary around? I didn't have to jump thru hoops, after negotiating I simply agreed to 70 and 15 for e-docs....no prob, it was 8 miles away from me.
