Please do not take this so seriously I have listened this evening and again WRONG WRONG .
Using a POA NEVER NEVER NEVER...... sign the name of the other person. Never put anyones initials on but yours. And in the state of PA NEVER AIF Only POA is acceptable, If you want the truth about this contact your department of state or the NNA...this information can get you in big trouble if you do not know what your doing.

It was the teleconference at 50statenotary.com. Victoria Rivera was on discussing loan docs. Due to technical difficulties they ran about 30 minutes behind and the callers would hear classical music instead.
