Trust Riders

I have a loan package. Borrowers have a Trust established. There are some "Trust Riders" in the package......no acknowledgements with them...but looks like they will be recorded (there is area on them for recorders info).......So do they get Notarized??????

No notary certificate on the document (or instructions to add one), means that there is nothing to be notarized. Typically, riders and attachments to the DOT/mortgage need to be signed by the borrowers/owners, but not too often do these signatures get notarized.
