URGENT information needed regarding Protests by Notary

Has anyone ever done a Notarial Protest before?

I am researching this topic so if I ever have to do it. So far, I am only reading that Notaries are allowed to do protests, under UCC code, but am not finding any step by step guide on how to do it.

It's actually quite interesting if you read up on the "tactics" of notary protests.

TIA

I'd email Joe Ewing of San Diego (he's all over the web). He's a very experienced notary here in CA (if that's where you're from) and last I spoke with him, it sounded like a huge hassle. good luck!
