Veri-docs in So. California

I did a signing 6/25/05 for this company. After I completed the signing I went on the board and found out that this is a "no no" company of course. Now they're not returning my calls. Should I contact the title company to complain and let them know about this company?

Veri-doc's is really not a NO NO company. Something is wrong.

Are you sure it's Veri-docs or Veridox? The latter is the no-no company. If the person's name is Susan then it's Veridox. I too did a signing for them on 06/25/05 and 06/28/05 and have not gotten paid. When they contacted me I assumed it was Veri-docs and accepted but as I got more into my conversation with her she clarified the fact that she was Veridox with an X and based out of Las Vegas. The following day I told her that I wasn't comfortable with them considering the fact that I had done a search on their company and 95% of what I found was negative. I then asked her if they had a problem paying on time because I would really hate to chase after them, and she said that at times they might be slow and have had gliches, but nothing out of the ordinary. I sent her a fax and called her last week and have had no response either, I am deffinitely going to contact the Title company and take it from there. Hope this helps.

I'm not convinced that Veri-Docs is a great company. It took them 175 days to pay for a signing at my absolute rock-bottom fee. They're certainly on _my_ no-no list!

Thanks for the info! I'm contacting the Title Company first thing in the morning! I already called the lender and they informed me that the loan had closed. Thanks again!

Veridocs is a 50 dollar company but they are one of my favorites. They pay every 2 weeks like clockwork, they are very nic people, they don't babysit, there are no fax backs, no hassle, etc. Even for only $50 they are worth working for. Fortunately, I have never had to experience Veridox
