WA Notary Fees

I was wrong when I said the NNA had the wrong information in their book. I apologize to any representative of the NNA for the erroneous statement. It was me who must have read it wrong.

But, just to verify ... treat EACH document within a loan signing as if it were the only document and apply the $5 for the first two signatures, then $5 for each signature thereafter. Also, for administering/verifying oath or affirmation (jurats), $5 for first two people being sworn and $5 for each additional person being sworn.

Again, my apology to the NNA for my hasty statement.

LOL -- thanks for the offer of help.... No, no one tortured me ... but I really loathe providing inaccurate information ... and I think it's awful of me to have written what I remembered, rather than first checking my facts! And the fact they are frequently wrong, doesn't make my inaccurate statement okay.

I try to be slow to criticize verbally, quick to compliment ... and as I age -- frequently WRONG!

LOL

Have a good day! Smiley
