Has anyone else been receiving unsolicited e-mails from this person? He claims his website receives more than 2,000 hits per day and that he advertises on google. I wonder if he receives that many hits because people are trying to figure out how to stop him from sending them e-mails.
Has anyone signed up with his website www.notarylocator.com?

Same here. I seem to get this email about every day. I don't like paying to be listed as a notary, so I delete also.
If he dropped his sign up fee, I would sign up

Ditto. Received a couple of his solicitations within last few days. No time to focus on the offer with EOM rush. But even if I had time, I only pay for memberships that are known to bring good results (like here on NotRot!)

Well I must say I'm a REAL PUSHOVER.. I signed up with him and paid his yearly fee. Haven't gotten a thing as far as a call for a siging generated from this site. He sent me another e-mail.. I said... HEY I'm already signed up with you and haven't receved one job thanks to investing in your site. Oh.. well.. live and learn!... Guess who is NOT going to renew???... lol

After requesting several times to be removed and him ignoring my request. I sent a complaint to the FTC, and I e-mailed him again and told him to cease and desist, that I had filed a complaint with the FTC and also forwarded his e-mails to [e-mail address] and also to my ISP spam report section.
He replied that he didn't know why I did this as all I had to do was to request to be removed. I let him know that I had requested several times. He then said I wouldn't hear from him again. Then not 5 minutes later I got another spam from him. So let him know I was filing another complaint. I haven't heard from him since - but have put his address on a block sender list.
