What a waste of money...

I had a closing scheduled for 6:00 pm and the wife had one 2 hours away at 7:00pm. Had to hire a babysitter....waiting for docs for both. Babysitter came...sure the wife would be leaving right after me. My docs came, wife still waiting, waiting, waiting....she called SS. Docs coming in 5 minutes...waiting, waiting, waiting....no docs. Called SS, system down at Title not happening tonight.

Meanwhile, I have driven our GAS HOG, suburban, because I am doing the closer of the two...

Babysitter $10.00
Suburban $20.00
Cost of living.....worthless

Brijoe WA. What a poopy day! You hang in there !! My old pro Hint of the day! Never ever take the infamous last minute e-doc mess. I have yet to have a good experience with Last Minute e-docs, my rule for All Companies you better have those docs to me one day prior to signing or it's a No Go! They waste your time (sometimes up to three hours) that's with no pay and you could done two signings while you Fiddle around with their e-docs. We have to make the Most of our time and get those signings while the getting is good! I promise tomorrow will be a better day and you will get some good jobs to make-up for the loss.

I would not do a closing for them again unless they are a MOST EXCELLENT customer!

I know our jobs really suck sometimes, but to be able to plan a long weekend or a fun day in the middle of the week somehow makes it all worth it. Tomorrow will be better and you'll have a day soon that reminds you why you love what you do. I promise!
