"The Library"
Have any of you used The Library on this site? I have signed on as a premier member and still cannot get info to populate the areas. So, my profile has my info, it is listed on The Library, but comes up blank. Is there a trick to it that I'm missing? Thanks!

It is the library tab at the top of the screen here. It is supposed to give area analysis, etc. There is a sample on the opening page that looks like a pretty useful tool.

The library tab allows you to print rescission calendars and use the CAT feature which calculates signing costs for you. I'm confused as to your question/problem. You must be logged in to use the feature.

Sorry I'm not making myself clear. This is the message I receive (and I'm logged in) "There are ZIP codes within 10 miles of your location. The following list represents the first 200. Basic Members can only view 10." That is the message with no further data....I am premier member, and can't seem to get it to work. Obviously, I'm pretty new on this website and still learning my way around.

Mine works fine. Previously you said something that your profile was blank. This is probably the problem. The CAT feature works hand-in-hand with your profile, i.e., where you list your signing rates, excess mileage rates and copy rates.

Thanks Carolyn. Actually my profile is complete and active. The "CAT" does show my name and address, but just won't come up with any data. I posted a message on the "feedback" board. Do you know if they get viewed by the website manager?

Harry does read the feedback board, however, he doesn't reply to each and every post. For a faster response, it might be better to e-mail him. To get his e-mail address, I think it's on the home page at the bottom there is a *to contact us* blurb and has the e-mail address.
