Have a signing service asking me to do a signing for a VT property. IF I perform the signing in NH, can i do it if i am not licensed in VT? please advise asap..... they want to do this tonight...sigh...at 7pm and its already almost 6pm. thanks..... laura

As long as you are a notary in NH, and are doing the signing in NH it doesn't matter where the property is located.
