my sources say ya that could be right. call your ss or title co or leder whoever you got this from and CONFIRM WITH THEM. BE SURE BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR. thats my opinion

Remember - although only one spouse may be listed on the mortgage, there may be other docs that require BOTH signatures. check carefully to avoid missed signatures. Good luck!

Southerngirl is correct! To avoid these little mistakes, I will use sign here stickers, especially on a very busy day. If it's too busy to use the little stickers, I bite my nails!
