commercial loan signing

I know there has to be some more info on these loans...I am asking for some help here....
what do you charge for one ? what are the differences ? or steer me someplace I can get some info please...I have an oppurtunity to do quite a few of these I have a meeting next week ...just thought I could get some insight into this type of signing here..

Docs arrived in a huge fed ex box. It was a commercial loan and no one told me. I would measure this in pounds not sheets of paper. It was a monster. Monster shipping it back since I didn't have a fedex box to ship it back in.

Mary, I did a search on "commercial loan" and this came up.

I doubt that many people have had enough commercial experience to give comments. If i were you I would call a title company or a commercial realtor. The statements above should give you some guidance on the size and time it will involve.

all I can contribute is this. As a mortgage broker, my boss said to stay away from them...took several months and LOTS of paperwork and babysitting to close. As a signer, I have no experience.

I've had one, maybe 20 pages. The amount was 9,000,000.00. Nothing to notarize for my borrower. There were three partners, one was a CEO, his was the only one that need notarized. Documents went to 3 different notaries. I was the first notary. Easiest signing I've ever done.

Thanks for all the info...I am going to research this and I will publish my findings ....
I have an oppurtunity to do 10-15 a month. In their office I just show up. But...I really need to find out if it is worth my time and how much to charge,,,I will let you all know when and if I get any info...thanks again...
