What does it mean when only one borrower is named on the DOT and there are two borrowers on the note and all other docs?
thanks

That is a question that is often asked on here - because it is on one of the signing company's tests.

The tests are designed to see how much you know. If you can't answer the question, leave it. You may score high enough on the test if you miss a couple of questions.

Incidentally, the owner of that signing service reads the boards and so knows when someone is asking for the answers to the test - and they won't be at the top of the list of signing agents she calls.

Thanks a bunch! I have had this come up a couple of times in signings, but usually just have the docs signed exactly as they are listed. As I am not an attorney, and only answer "where" questions, I have never really given this one too much concern.
