eloc

Good morning, I have my first eloc signing today. This may sound dumb, but the instructions state, "please have 3 signed and notarized copies of the mortgage sent back to us, in addition to the entire package that was signed..."so am I returning 3 or 4 copies of the mortgage? I say 3, just need a second opinion. Thanks all.

I had a package once that had 4 DOT's already in it. I didnt have to copy them, but you should have been there when I was trying to explain to the borrowers that they were not taking out 4 loans, that these were copies for everyone involved.
