Handled a signing for them a month or so ago. Their procedures had changed a bit since the first time I did a signing for them. You have to fill out a form from their website before getting paid. You need to fax it to them sometime during the first five days of the month following the signing(s) you did. They will then issue a check at the END of that month.
I received no less than two e-mails from them within an hour of accepting the signing and way before the appointment--e-mails demanding the fax-backs and tracking number. AND, there were pages and pages of e-mailed generic instructions that most experienced agents don't need to have to wade through.
In addition, there are a lottttttt of fax-backs here. Not counting the loose certificates, there were 15 pages, but at least I didn't have to hold up shipment until they commented back.
Also, because I'd e-mailed instead of faxed back, they called me at about 6 or 6:30 am on a Saturday morning to say they hadn't received the documents. They had neglected to take into account time zone changes.
On the other hand, I found one of the principals extremely patient and helpful in getting some things sorted out before the closing -- very appreciated. So ... I'd say it's six of one, half dozen of the other.
