Faxed Twice!

How about a nice 95 page doc that has been faxed once to the SS or TC, reorganized, and scanned or faxed to you?

" Oh yes, Mr. Borrower, I spent 45 minutes printing these high quality documents for your $500,000 refi, and I am sorry you cannot even read your own name on them"

Quality work!

Give me overnight anytime! Honestly I prefer them over shipped to the borrower. For the few minutes it may save at the table, to have them sitting at the borrower's house, I would rather have the time on my own to review the docs pre-sigining, make sure the notorial certificates are appropriate and spacious enough for stamps etc, or be able to print up loose acks. Oh, and I know when Fed Ex gets here.... only God knows when the TC presses send on their email.

Just my 2 cents

Joel
