I am new to this business, I have yet to make a clear client list but I can tell you that I have been making an average of 65 for my closings. However, the ones I have signed are less than 10 miles from me and only 1 has been edocs that I made $125 from. I hope that helps.

What part of CT are both of you from? I'm in New London County.

Use $65 as your base, adding $25 (at least!) for edocs. Remember to charge for more than m miles.

"CT Notary" is a little generic., but thanks for putting your state's two-letter abbreviation in there!

Good luck!
