help i just got my first closing when i sen dback the docs i guess its by fed ex.. am i responsible for paying the fed ex charge?

No, we never pay shipping, call the SS and get the account number, which is usually always listed in your confirmation or instructions. Don't ever guess Smiley

If they are overnighted to you, there should be a return package in there. If they were edocs get an account number from the company that hired you if they haven't given you one.

There are a couple of tc's that I add the charges to their invoice. It's unusual, though. Make sure you note it as reimbursed shipping charges for tax purposes if that is what they want you to do.

If you do a respa signing for Signing Star Services, they expect you to eat the return shipping fee.
