I'm a sign agent in Il that business have been cut because company say that can't use me , not unless I'm working for a Attorney or be an employee of a Title Co.

Well Oldhippie, I'm not sure I'm trying to find out but I got and answer off of GMN-gomobilenotary saying that the State has reinforce the( Illinois Title Act ) that there can be no third party to Real Estate Transaction, we would be third party but it was said that there a way around it ,it was suggested to call the Secretary of State Finance Dept,and talk to Mr Stermal I'm going to do that , if you find out anything Please email me [e-mail address]
