journal recording-help please

I have to go back to a signing I did over 3weeks ago to have four papers signed(I do not believe they were in the original package,as Iwould not have missed them and there was also an LO there going over the paperwork) However my question is, only one paper will be notarized and that will go in my journal. But since the other three pieces are only signatures, should I record them in my journal as well. ( I think my confusion comes from that fact that it is part of the original recording 3 weeks ago? Thanks for the input.

Only the one page being notarized goes into your journal. In the remarks section of this one item you might mention that this is a 2nd trip to sign the additional documents from the previous signing date. This way at a later time you have something to jog your memory.

I agree, why would a LO not tell you that you had not had the borrower sign all documents.
