How long has it been?

I did a RESPA signing for them and it took them about 50 days to pay me.

Re: How long has it been?

I keep getting the run around. First I was told that the previous girl messed things up and they were trying to get it fixed and then, They said that linda ( the owner) had taken over the books. I have emailed her three times with no answer. They have always been slow but never like this. So much for next months house payment!!! HaHa

Re: How long has it been?

Will you let us know if you ever get paid from them?
I got the same run around, they owe me 1030.00. They even had me listed as "co-borrower" on some of thier paperwork in the office??????? According to the secretary of state, Signing Star Services was " administrativly dissolved" , there were several violations for failure to give thier annual report, so am in the process of finding out WHEN it was dissolved since at that point SS was no longer under the protection of a LLC, which means Linda Doye can be gone after herself...if it was a small amount, i'd just blow it off and put it down to experieces, but in this case, I can't just blow off this amount of money. By the way...TrueHome Lending changed their name and articles of incorporation on July 26th 2005 to: NewPrime Home Loans, LLC. just FYI

Re: How long has it been?

Lynda finally sent me back an email this morning and said that if I send her my paper work she will pay me. I'm in for 375.00 and that is upseting enough.
