Do you mean the wording underneath where they want you to sign???
If so, just write the State of Florida. (in and for the State of Florida) (also remember in Florida, you must print your name under your signature)

to sylvia
Do you have to print underneath even if you have a stamp with your name on it?

Re: to sylvia
One would think that if the notary seal is stamped on the document, and the person can read, then it is somewhat redundant to enter this information beneath your signature. If they ask for it, I would give it. In California it will often ask for the state and county of where you hold your commission.

Re: to sylvia
It's immaterial if we think it is redundant or not and unnecessary. Florida statutes state that our name must be printed or typed beneath our signature. This is in addition to having our name clearly stamped on our seal.

Re: to sylvia
Yes, in Florida the notary must print the name under the certificate. There are 9 elements that must be on a notary certificate in Florida:
The certificate must contain:
1) The venue (location of the notarization) 2) Type of notarial act (acknowledgement or oath/affirmation) 3) The signer personally appeared before the notary ("before me") 4) The name(s) of the signer(s) 5) The actual date of the notarization 6) The form of identification used to identify the signer/s 7) The signature of the notary 8) The name of the notary printed/typed/stamped below the signature. 9) The notary seal.
As you see it requires both the printed name of the notary and the notary seal.
Oh - you mean if you just have a name stamp? Yes, you can use a stamp with your name on it. The name must be printed, typed or stamped below the signature. One of these days I will get a stamp with my name on, so I don't have to print it every time.
