transcontinental sign up package
I am in the process of signing up with this company, they have a form that ask the counties I am willing to work and they want a all inclusive fee which includes e-docs, copies etc. My problem is I live in a rural area and our towns are many miles away from each other. It seems strange to charge the same fee for the town I live in compared to one 120 miles round trip.
If anyone of you have worked for this company could you please give some advise.
Thank you,

Look at a average distance. If 1/3 of your signings are 40 mi RT, and 2/3 are 80 mi RT, your average is 66 miles RT. Base your fee taking the average into consideration. It will average out in the long run. My county is 60 miles long. I live near one end. Some are 10 miles, some are 40 miles. Same rate.
most TCT signings are e-mail. Docs are almost always on time !!! Enough so that I don't allow any extra cushion for late docs. One of the few that I can trust docs to be on time. Pay - in less than 14 days. Usually 7.
Very professional company. Take all I can get from them and beg for more.

I agree with Art, one of the best companies out there. I just recenly did one for them last week I think and I was thrilled that they called me, had not heard from them in quite a while.
