Try doing a search on ***individual messages*** not topics and type in keywords FEE and MILE. Browse the list... there's a lot there including some spreadsheet formulas.

Good Luck!

Thanks Angelina! I will try that. About a month or two ago Sylvia posted a traveling fee schedule that made alot of sense to me and i've tried to search for it but with no luck, now when i see something i want to refer back to i make a note of the message number.

I AM IN MISSOURI AND WE HAVE AN AMOUNT IN THE NOTARY HAND BOOK WHAT WE CAN CHARGE AS A TRIP FEE AS LONG AS THE COMPANY PAYING KNOWS.

I JUST FIGURE IT IN THE PRICE. I DO KNOW THAT FOR THIS YEAR THE IRS IS ALLOWING $ 0.45 PER MILE. MAYBE THAT WILL GIVE YOU AN IDEA ON HOW TO CHARGE.

SO LONG.
