Burrr here to Carolyn, WC-2 and the high today is forested to be 18 and MAYBE 1" to 2"'s of snow. Now if it's going to snow, I want to see it chin high to a giraffe.

Hey ! Lawrence

How are you doing? I didn't realize it snowed a lot in OK. About how much snow do you get in the winter? "Chin high to a giraffe?" you would just love it here! lol

Have a great day Lawrence and stay safe on the roads.

Desert snow here...

when the wind blows the little white fuzzy things off the trees we call that "desert snow." Not quite the same as the real stuff! Send some real snow down here!

Re: Desert snow here...

In high school, I went to Mtn. View High in Mesa, some kids got together and went up to Strawberry and got a couple of truck loads of snow and dumped them in the middle of the campus. Only snowball fight we ever had at school! LOL

Re: Desert snow here...

I live in Chandler. When there is snow up north, there are still people who will truck in the snow to dump in front of their house. I'm from AZ but have lived in CO and OK but couldn't handle the cold. I love snow but not being cold!

Lawrence...

Some places here, it's not uncommon to see 25 feet of snow. (Is that about chin high to a girrafe?) Last year, got to play in the snow on my birthday! (4th of July), during a camping trip, that was a first!

Re: Lawrence... Bonnie...

I was chased off of Pikes Peak once by the rangers because they were closing the road. Woke up the next morning to 2 1/2 feet in the Springs.
