He is waiting for the final ok from LO and then will call me back. Looks like it will be tomorrow. I have never done it this way, take application out first and then you get the signing if loan goes through. But I think we came to an agreeable price and he did not balk at my signing fee at all for future signings. He talks like he has future work in store. Hopefully that is true. You are happy working with him?
