This is a good one. Get a call from a lender to put me on reserve for a MAYBE they will need me closing for today. They are not sure they might not need me. But around noon and they would call me and let me know for sure. Ok let's see. Push everything else aside. Wait till Noon to find out they don't need me. Who pays me for my wasted waiting time ?

When I get these calls that is about what I say. At this time I am available but I can't say at that time, call back when your ready. Some times they call and some times not. Its frustrating.
