Building Capital in Encino CA

Anybody have problems collecting from them. I been faxing invoice after invoice and call after
call and I can get them to pay me. I called the borrower who is my neighbor and he told me
that he cancelled the loan. So I hope Building Capital dont planned on not paying me.
