Yes, I have.

The TC was a little peeved that I waited seven months, but they ended up paying me themselves. They also said that they were not going to use that SS again, and started calling me directly for work.

The TC stated that the only way they can know if there's something wrong is if they are informed.

Since that time, I called on a few of SS. Each time the TC's made the SS's send me check via overnight service.

I have never done this, but if you do, be sure it's "the last resort". If SS's are not paying the SA's they hire, than the TC's may want to cut them out as Tina stated. How long has it been since you preformed the closing?

6 weeks, after searching the boards it appears that they do not have good feedback.
Confirmation stated 20 to 30 days for payment.

I would personally wait at least 45 days, but that's just my opinion. I wouldn't want to sit on the issue too long, because then the TC may think I'm "slow". I hope you get paid for your services. Good luck!

It was the last resort as it had been seven months since I had completed the signing.

I would probably wait 90 days before informing the TC. I wouldn't wait much longer than that only because I was berated for the seven months I waited.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Those of us that sit around waiting 5 months for our pay will always wait 5 months from that same signing service. Those of us that complain at day 31 will get paid by day 31.

I wait 45 or so from my good SS's before I complain. Partly because they give me a lot of bus, and partly because I like them. That's like 2 or 3 of them, Thats it. For the rest of the SS's, if you promise me you'll pay in 30 days, I'm going to on your butt at day 33 or 34 (depending on weekend.) It don't take more than 3 days for snail mail to reach me. If you aren't going to stick to your word, why should I.

Today was the first time I've had to threaten to go to the TC. The lady won't even return my voice mails anymore. So, I felt I had to do it. I guess we'll see what happens. If it means they don't call me again, oh well. What do I need payless work for anyway. It just keeps me from accepting paying assignments.

ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS: The SS got thier money, probably withing 5 days of the signing. The excuse they give that they are waiting for a lump sum check from TC is bogus! Ask any reputable SS and they'll tell you that.
