that is a great way to start the new year for sure! How did you market yourself into this type of a deal? are you giving a flat fee on all of the Signings? Curious how to quote on a large number of Signings...thanks.

Congrats! I have a question for you, what is involved in a purchase? Can any notary do a purchase or do you have to have your title license? Help. I need to know whats involved.

What state are you in? In most states you can do purchase closings, the pkg is larger than a refi or heloc, usually no RTC, otherwise, not much different than any other loan closing. CO doesn't require a notary to have a title license. I find these a little more exciting than the refi's or helocs, especially if it's the BO's first home, they get soooo excited, it may take a little longer since the BO usually wants to double check everything because there is NO RTC, It usually funds same or next day in most (not all) cases. I love them! Thats JMHO. Anyone else?
