Cancellations

Wow! Today is a new record for me. Turned down seven signings because I was booked for today. Every one of them cancelled--lender docs not ready. One set of documents were sent to the borrower and the lender told them there wasn't a notary lined up to do the signing--even though I left a message for them otherwise. They then took the documents to a notary and had them signed by the time I called them to see if they received the documents. Every cancellation was within 1/2 hour of my travel time.

Just had to vent.

I had 2 cancelled today JoJo...and we are in the same area. One is put on hold for sibling signitures to all arrive. Thanks for the PDC referal too!. I couldn't do it which really was a bummer because he said...Name your price". But going along the river road in sleety snow for 50 miles wasn't appealing at all!
